Cambria Vineyard Church, Lead Pastor Search
Announcement and Application
September 8, 2023
Where we are: Cambria is a seaside village, nestled in the pines on the central coast of California. We
are midway between Los Angeles and San Francisco with the Pacific Ocean to the west, and ranches and farms
in the coastal foothills to the east. Our community is multi-cultural and multi-generational. Our population is 5000 plus and changes little. We are a combination of younger working families, professionals, and retirees. We have become a vacation destination.
Who we are: Cambria Vineyard Church (CVC) is a 43-year-old fellowship of about 100 active, dedicated
members. Our church family is a loving, generous, spirit-filled, and spirit-led congregation, committed to loving God, loving each other, and to outreach in our community. The legacy of past leaders has been to instill biblical truths and God’s greatest commandment, love. We commit ourselves to prayer, personal participation, and financial support of ministry in our neighborhoods and the nations. We are blessed with a beautiful, debt-free campus in the middle of town.
We operate our own thrift store on Main Street and actively support our community youth collective ministry, local compassion outreach, and disciple-making Missions worldwide.
We are seeking a spirit-led Pastor to shepherd us as we advance the Kingdom of God; help reconcile
people to God and impact Cambria with Christ’s love.
Our vision is to bear witness to the Kingdom of
God through spiritual, physical, emotional, and relational healing, and the deliverance of those held captive by evil.
