This is step 1 of your EF Journey! Our Foundation Intensive is a two day experience that presents five modules (Mission, Authenticity, Integrity, Obedience and Vows) in a structured process. Through large group content presentation, personal reflection time and small group sharing, you will begin to uncover how your childhood experiences are connected to the meanings you make about the world and the ways you show up in relationships. A workbook provides content summaries and reflection prompts.

You will join in 13, one hour Large Group Zoom calls that cover various topics to grow your emotional health! You will be guided through reflection & practice of new skills through a workbook and weekly small group coaching calls.

You will be guided through reflection & practice of new skills through a workbook and weekly small group coaching calls with seasoned coaches. You’ll also have access to bonus materials from expert voices at the intersection of spiritual formation and emotionally healthy leadership!
*Completion of the Emotionally Focused Foundation Intensive is a prerequisite for joining this cohort!
Our Emotionally Focused 3: Family experience meets ONLINE for 12 consecutive weeks on Thursdays from 1:00-2:00 PM EST starting June 11, 2026.
This mini cohort is designed specifically for pastors as a safe and challenging space to engage the Emotionally Focused Family process, which is step 3 of our 3 core Emotionally Focused experiences.
This 12-week journey builds on concepts & practices from your previous Emotionally Focused work, and applies them to your family of origin through the lens of systems thinking. Our learning community will engage in 12 one-hour sessions on noticing how anxiety spreads through systems, and practice tools for diffusing it in yourself and those you lead! After short content recaps, the majority of the online meet-ups are for conversation, questions, and coaching around topics of family systems theory and ways to apply the tools to your pastoral leadership. A digital workbook and additional resources are included in the cost.
We are looking for pastors who are committed to growing in emotional maturity, and are willing to honestly explore the parts of their story that hold them back. We ask that you commit to being as fully present as possible, participating in each of the spaces designed for you. You will get the most out of this cohort if you are willing to name the current realities of your life and leadership, believe change is possible, and try on new habits around how you show up in relationships.
