Three-part experience that combines spiritual formation with family-systems work.
This is step 1 of your EF Journey! Our Foundation Intensive is a two day experience that presents five modules (Mission, Authenticity, Integrity, Obedience and Vows) in a structured process. Through large group content presentation, personal reflection time and small group sharing, you will begin to uncover how your childhood experiences are connected to the meanings you make about the world and the ways you show up in relationships. A workbook provides content summaries and reflection prompts.Â

You will join in 13, one-hour Large Group Zoom calls that cover various topics to grow your emotional health. You will be guided through reflection & practice of new skills through a workbook and weekly small group coaching calls with seasoned coaches. You’ll also have access to bonus materials from expert voices at the intersection of spiritual formation and emotionally healthy leadership!
*Completion of the Emotionally Focused Foundation Intensive is a prerequisite for joining this cohort!
This experience builds on concepts & practices from Emotionally Focused Foundation & Formation, and applies them to your family of origin. Join a learning community for 10, one hour sessons on noticing how anxiety spreads through systems, and practice tools for diffusing it in yourself and others! After short content presentation, the majority of these large group zoom meet ups are for conversation, questions and coaching around topics of family systems theory.

Open to Vineyard pastors | These cohorts are uniquely designed to guide pastors through the 8-month Emotionally Focused Formation experience that unpacks 12 topics for growing emotional health and leadership. In addition to coaching from seasoned leaders, pastors will receive bonus content from expert voices who speak to the intersection of spiritual formation and emotional health and healing.Â

Connect with a small group of Vineyard pastor couples to pursue more for your relationship in 2026. We’ll gather together in a safe, authentic community to hold one anothers’ stories and press into key areas of your relationship. We’ll talk through tender topics such as:

You will be hosted for 90 minutes each week by certified coaches while journeying alongside other Vineyard pastors. While your customized coaching will be between you, your spouse, and the experts. We’d like to remind you this program is not for crisis counseling. Please reach out to the Pastoral Health team if you need more specific referrals and expertise in this season.Â

Join us for an experiential community alongside other Vineyard pastor couples, where you and your spouse are present to the sober reality of what happens to marriages in ministry, along with how to prevent burnout and deal with ministry trauma. We’ll focus on four major areas:Â
As part of the intake, you’ll complete a burnout assessment. Each online meeting will have rich material to engage with, as well as ways to continue the integration outside of our meeting times.Â

The Kineo Center has designed an extraordinary experience for our Vineyard pastors – the Mutual Marriage Retreat. This week offers couples a transformative time, filled with insightful workshops, immersive tools, and healing guidance to cultivate breakthrough in your marriage. The retreat is hosted and facilitated by the Kineo Center, in Puerto Rico. While together, we’ll pursue:Â
