Jay Pathak is the National Director of Vineyard USA. He also serves as the Lead Pastor at Arvada Vineyard in Denver, which he and his wife, Danielle, planted in 2001.

He is the co-author of The Art of Neighboring and is passionate about sharing his faith in everyday life. Known as a humble and empowering leader, Jay is committed to raising up leaders and strategically placing people in roles where they can thrive. He brings a unique strength in connecting ministry to culture, building relationships across the city, in government, and with leaders from diverse denominations.

Jay’s journey in the Vineyard began as an intern with Rich Nathan at the Columbus Vineyard. Over the years, he has served in various leadership roles, including many years on the Vineyard USA Executive Team. Today, he is a sought-after speaker and coach, while remaining deeply rooted in his local community.

Jay has a BA in Philosophy from The Ohio State University and is a graduate of the Vineyard Leadership Institute. Jay met his wife, Danielle, in high school, and they were married in 1998. They have two beautiful adult daughters, Jasmine and Sofia.

Whenever possible, you’ll find him on the golf course, hanging out with his friends and family, or enjoying a nice scotch. Maybe all together!
