Our church has a very successful coffee shop that is going through an wholistic rebrand, renovation, and reorg process. We are looking for a qualified candidate to be the Coffee Shop’s Executive Director. Extensive non-profit, cafe, and leadership experience is required.
This is a full-time, salaried position, why high expectations for profitability, alignment with our church’s evangelist values, and much more.
A qualified candidate will be determined, a strong leader, with hospitality experience in managerial or ownership roles, who is deeply passionate about ministries like Alpha, and other hospitality driven evangelistic outreaches, and is deeply connected to the Vineyard movement in philosophy, theology, and relationships.
