Royal Gorge Vineyard is seeking a passionate, Spirit-filled Worship Leader to help cultivate a culture of worship where people encounter the presence of God. We are looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves His Church, and desires to lead people into authentic worship.
This position begins as a paid monthly stipend (a few hundred dollars per month, depending on experience and qualifications), with significant potential to grow into a part-time or full-time ministry position as our church continues to grow. We see this as much more than filling a Sunday role—we’re looking for someone who wants to invest in the life of our church and grow alongside us.
What You’ll Do
– Lead worship during our Sunday gathering (10:45 AM).
– Recruit, develop, and shepherd worship team volunteers.
– Plan worship sets that align with the teaching and vision of the church.
– Help cultivate a culture of worship, prayer, and ministry.
– Participate as a member of our church leadership team.

– Is teachable, humble, and dependable.
– Is excited about the work of the Holy Spirit and desires to create space for people to encounter God.
– Aligns with the theology, values, and vision of the Vineyard movement and Royal Gorge Vineyard.
– Has the musical ability to confidently lead a congregation in worship.
– Works well with others and enjoys building healthy teams.
Future Opportunities
As the church grows, this position has the potential to develop into a part-time or full-time Worship Pastor/Worship Director role. We are committed to investing in leaders and would love to find someone who desires to grow into greater ministry responsibility over time.
Compensation
Paid monthly stipend (based on qualifications and experience), with opportunities for future growth as the role expands.
