2019 National Conference Speaker: Mike Pilavachi

Mike is the founder and Director of Soul Survivor, an organization based in Watford, England that seeks to reach, encourage, and equip young people to live their whole lives for Jesus.

Soul Survivor run four events each summer which all-together attract around 30,000 young people, the values of which are engaging with God through worship, learning from the Bible and ministry in the power of the Holy Spirit. Mike spends much of his time traveling and speaking at events abroad including countries that have Soul Survivor bases such as Australia, America, South Africa and New Zealand.

He is also Pastor of the Soul Survivor Watford church, which was planted in the early 1990s from St Andrew’s Chorleywood to reach the young people of Watford.

Mike has a passion for social justice and was one of the driving forces behind the set up of SOULINTHECITY London in 2004, SOULINTHECITY Durban in 2009, Soul Action (a joint initiative between Soul Survivor and Tearfund to help young people engage in issues around justice) and HOPE (an initiative to encourage UK churches to serve their communities with the love of Jesus).
