In March 2025, Vineyard USA’s Leadership Council (Regional Leaders, Area Leaders, and Association Leaders) met together in Florida for a time of training and connection. During one of the sessions, Jay Pathak talked about how we interact with each other as pastors, our engagement in online discourse, and our need to develop clear processes for disagreement and appeal.
