Worship Resident

Central Vineyard is a congregation of about 125 people in Columbus, Ohio, and we’re committed to worship that forms people for the whole of life, not just Sundays. We’re looking for a Worship Resident: this is a part-time, salaried role for someone who wants to grow in worship and pastoral leadership. You’ll work directly with our pastoral team, lead worship 2–3 Sundays a month, develop and care for our worship team, and engage a structured year of theological and pastoral formation. The role is structured in three parts; Sunday worship and production, formation and study, and team development and administration. We’re looking for someone comfortable running a rehearsal, giving feedback, and taking initiative, with the job description as a starting point.
