Southside Vineyard Community Church is prayerfully seeking a Spirit-filled, anointed, and prophetic Part-Time Worship Leader to help lead our congregation into authentic encounters with God through worship.
This individual will carry a heart for the presence of the Holy Spirit, a sensitivity to prophetic leading, and a desire to cultivate an atmosphere where people can respond freely to God. We are looking for someone who not only leads songs, but shepherds moments—creating space for worship that is both structured and Spirit-led.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop weekly worship experiences that are Christ-centered and Holy Spirit-led
Cultivate a culture of prayer, prophetic sensitivity, and spiritual unity within the worship team
Collaborate with church leadership to align worship with the overall vision and direction of the church
Rehearse and disciple team members musically and spiritually
Remain flexible and attentive to the movement of the Holy Spirit during services
Qualifications:
A clear and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
Demonstrated ability to lead worship vocally and instrumentally
Sensitivity to the prophetic and a desire to flow with the leading of the Holy Spirit
Strong relational and team-building skills
Previous worship leading experience preferred
