Provide pastoral leadership for the discipleship of the next generation (grades 5-12). Develop a community of volunteer leaders (disciple makers) who humbly serve our youth and their families by proclaiming and demonstrating the kingdom of God. Focus not only on the youth within our church but also actively connect with youth outside the church, fostering relationships within our community.
Envision, design and implement a ministry that embodies the Vision and Values of our Vineyard Church family and is intentionally built for students in grades 5-12 to seek God’s kingdom. Lead Students into a growing life with God, life with others and life on Mission. Create relationships in the community that will impact youth who are not attending our church.
