Dear Friends,
I am thrilled to announce that within 48-hours of our announcement, a majority of Vineyard churches all over the country have voted in favor of the selection of Jay Pathak, our National Director-Elect. Well ahead of the deadline, the ratification process is now complete.
As you know, I will continue to serve as the National Director through the end of 2021. However, to aid with a smooth transition, Jay will be involved at all levels from here on out. He will become the new National Director in January 2022.
This morning, I had the opportunity to sit down with Jay. We talked about the significance of this moment, and his vision for leading the Vineyard in this transformational season. Watch that conversation below.
After many thousands of hours of prayer across our Movement, extensive input from pastors throughout the process, and an extended time of vital discernment and vetting by the Executive Team, it will be my profound privilege to hand the torch to Jay in January of 2022. For the remainder of the year, I will lead and support the Vineyard in every way I can.

Me complace anunciar que, dentro de las 48 horas después de nuestro anuncio, la mayoría de las iglesias de La Viña USA de todo el país han votado a favor de la selección de Jay Pathak, nuestro Director Nacional Electo. Mucho antes de la fecha límite, el proceso de confirmación ya está completado.
