Multiply Vineyard is excited to announce three great leaders joining for the main sessions at the Multiply Vineyard Summit. They’ll be spending time with attendees, encouraging, inspiring, and equipping them for their roles in church multiplication.
We’d love to tell you about them!
Charles Montgomery – East Campus Pastor for the Columbus Vineyard, Pickerington, OH
Charles A. Montgomery, Jr is the East Campus Pastor for the Columbus Vineyard. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of the campus. Charles is also an Affiliated Professor at Ohio Christian University. Prior to these positions, Charles served as Pastor Rich Nathan’s research assistant for two years. Prior to coming to Vineyard, he was licensed and ordained by the National Baptist Church, U.S.A. and has faithfully served on church staffs in California, Georgia, and Ohio. Charles earned his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Morehouse College, a Master of Divinity from Emory University, and a Ph.D. from Union Institute and University, with an emphasis in Ethical and Creative Leadership. He is an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan (Go Bucks!) and has been blissfully married to his lovely wife, Lady Kimberly, since 2003.
Why We’re Excited to Hear from Him
Charles in a nationally and internationally sought after speaker who has been the primary teaching and preaching pastors for many different churches over the years. He most recently helped develop the campus model for Vineyard Columbus and now leads their East Campus. Charles delivered an incredibly powerful prophetic message that changed the movement at the 2015 National Conference and we’re looking forward to him bringing it home again this time on the topic of church multiplication.

Renee Cunningham pastors The Neighborhood Campus of the Evanston Vineyard, in Chicago Il. Renee loves city life, storytelling, and good food. You should also know that Renee cheats at board games, hates mayonnaise, and loves mowing the lawn. Renee planted The Neighborhood in 2014 out of a desire to worship alongside her neighbors. Renee oversees The Neighborhood’s pastoral and leadership teams. Renee has served as the cross-campus preaching pastor and has been responsible for creating preaching series. After a career in elementary education, Renee graduated from North Park Theological Seminary in 2014 with an M.A. in Christian Spiritual Formation. Why We’re Excited to Hear from Her
Renee is church planter out of the Evanston Vineyard who was raised and discipled in that church. As a young woman, she learned how to lead, how to prophetic ministry, and how to do all the things of the Vineyard. We’ve asked her to speak on how we, as pastors, can create avenues to raise up the next generation of young men and women who God is calling to church planting.

Ralph Moore – Founder of Hope Chapel Movement
Ralph Moore and his wife, Ruby, started the Hope Chapel movement when they planted Hope Chapel Hermosa Beach in California. Twelve years and 30 church plants later, they partnered with Aaron and Stephanie Suzuki and a team of 26 others to plant Hope Chapel Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii (now Anchor Church). Lately, they and a wonderful team planted a third church, Hope Chapel Honolulu. Ralph also works as a Church Multiplication Catalyzer at Exponential.org. Besides being church planters, they are happy parents and grandparents. A former surfer, Ralph occasionally gets in the water with a stand-up paddleboard. Currently, he mostly spends free time walking, reading and hanging out at the pool.
Why We’re Excited to Hear from Him
The Hope Chapel movement has planted 2,300 churches since it started. That’s pretty brilliant! We want to learn from them and Ralph is a great resource to teach us about multiplying churches.
