You will be hosted for 90 minutes each week by certified coaches while journeying alongside other Vineyard pastors. While your customized coaching will be between you, your spouse, and the experts. We’d like to remind you this program is not for crisis counseling. Please reach out to the Pastoral Health team if you need more specific referrals and expertise in this season.

4-Month Online Community for Couples – facilitated in partnership with Vineyard USA Pastoral Health team and the Kineo Center
Join us for an experiential community alongside other Vineyard pastor couples, where you and your spouse are present to the sober reality of what happens to marriages in ministry, along with how to prevent burnout and deal with ministry trauma. We’ll focus on four major areas:
As part of the intake, you’ll complete a burnout assessment. Each online meeting will have rich material to engage with, as well as ways to continue the integration outside of our meeting times.

The Kineo Center has designed an extraordinary experience for our Vineyard pastors – the Mutual Marriage Retreat. This week offers couples a transformative time, filled with insightful workshops, immersive tools, and healing guidance to cultivate breakthrough in your marriage. The retreat is hosted and facilitated by the Kineo Center, in Puerto Rico. While together, we’ll pursue:
