The Community Ministry Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing CVKids and CVYouth, facilitating initiatives in collaboration with pastors and elders, and leading worship in collaboration with leadership teams. This position steers the leadership team to collectively ensure that children’s and youth ministries thrive, community engagement efforts are aligned with our mission and values, and the church remains a welcoming and mission-driven space.
Working closely with pastors, the teaching team, and ministry partners, the Community Ministry Coordinator will develop vision, train volunteers, and strengthen partnerships, particularly in community and (potentially) worship ministry. This role requires a highly relational, organized, and proactive leader who is committed to the spiritual formation of children and youth and community engagement.
