Vineyard Brussels is seeking a passionate Youth Pastor to disciple the next generation and lead a thriving youth ministry. If you love Jesus, connect well with teenagers & students, and want to see young people grow in faith and maturity, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Brussels
Language: English (French a plus)
Salary: Based on experience
Part-time / Flexitime position

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in youth ministry or discipleship
• Strong relational and leadership skills
• Heart for evangelism, discipleship and to raise a generation passionate for Jesus!
• Fluent in English; French-speaking or willing to learn

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading weekly youth gatherings and small groups
• Discipling teens and mentoring young leaders
• Organizing camps, retreats, and outreach
• Building a volunteer team and partnering with families
