Job Summary
The IT Manager will oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure and support, ensuring the efficient operation of hardware, software, and network systems across campuses. We are seeking a dynamic leader—a galvanizer—who will lead the Support & Infrastructure Team to provide day-to-day support for campuses and staff and work closely with the IT Director to manage cloud solutions, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans. Additionally, this person will ensure compliance with IT systems and policies and oversee IT training and development for staff.

What you’ll do:
Team Management – Lead the IT Support and Infrastructure Team, setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering professional growth. Manage contractors to augment team expertise
Direct Support – Oversee system performance, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide support to employees by addressing IT service requests promptly
Project Management – Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Infrastructure Development & Management – Identify gaps in systems, structure, and policy. Collaborate with the IT Director to develop and implement strategies aligned with compliance and best practices
Standards & Procedures – Work with the IT Director to establish IT priorities and standards. Develop basic IT training programs for staff in collaboration with HR.
What you bring:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and/or 5 years’ equivalent work experience preferred
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
Experience:
-2+ years’ experience with Network Administration in a mixed platform of Windows and MAC client devices (security, testing and installing software, data integrity checks, backup validation, printer management, etc.) and with software/hardware support
-Telecom and Networking experience strongly preferred
Skills:
-Proven ability to inspire and galvanize teams toward achieving common objectives
-Proficiency in troubleshooting, hardware/software management, and network administration
-Knowledge of cloud solutions, backup systems, and disaster recovery planning
-Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
