Position Title: Childcare Coordinator
Reports to: Northwest Kids Director
Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Hours: 20 hours per week
Rate: $18 (dependant upon experience)
Position Summary: Overseer & detail coordinator for the Childcare Ministry. The Childcare ministry provides child care for: Staff Daycare during the week at Vineyard Northwest, Classes, Special Services, Conferences and Events (excluding Sunday mornings). To lead and establish culture inside of the Childcare Staff Daycare by being the primary teacher during Tuesday & Thursday Staff Daycare shifts.
Vision: To set the tone for Childcare at Vineyard Northwest. To create a safe child care environment where children can learn about God, grow relationships with each other, have fun, and feel loved. To be a safe, responsible and nurturing role model to members of the Childcare team, and an effective & efficient liaison between the NWKids Director, Childcare team, parents and ministry leaders of Vineyard Northwest.
