Vineyard HLI: Staying The Course

The Heroic Leadership Institute (HLI) exists to create on-ramps for young adults in the Vineyard Movement, and they are now offering Staying The Course, a 10-week virtual class diving deeper into the Biblical definition of what it means to be a heroic leader. Learn all about this great opportunity right here.

The Heroic Leadership Institute (HLI) exists to create on-ramps for young adults in the Vineyard Movement.

With the desire of creating more ways for young people to deeply connect with their local church and grow in their leadership potential, we have expanded what we offer!

Staying the Course is a 10-week class offered by HLI. The purpose of this series is to synthesize and mobilize the content of HLI in a way that is accessible to everyone. The goal is to be able to capture the Biblical sense of what it means to be a heroic leader.

We will be examining intently what scripture says about the four pillars of Heroic Leadership: self awareness, ingenuity, heroism, and love. In addition, we will be building relationships and community with other participants in the course. We want to see people thrive and leaders grow in their development wherever they are located!

This course is offered in the format of a once per week zoom call that lasts for an hour. You will have time for teaching and discussion within a small cohort provided by the HLI team. You will receive practical weekly homework that enriches the program along with the opportunity of building community and receiving prayer support!

We are currently accepting applications for our Winter Semester!

  • Tuesdays 7:00pm CST beginning February 2nd.

  • Thursdays 5:30pm CST beginning February 4th.

  • Saturdays 12:30pm CST beginning February 6th.

The class cost is $25 and covers all of the content as well as facilitators and coaches from the HLI team.
